A mother who killed her six-year-old son while suffering paranoid schizophrenia, has been made subject of an indefinite hospital order.

Karolina Zurawska, 42, murdered Alexander Zurawski at their home in Cwm Du Close, Gendros, Swansea on 29 August 2024.
