A “coalition of the willing” will be part of the European plan to help Ukraine, UK Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said.
Speaking after a summit of European leaders on Sunday, Sir Keir said a “number of countries” had indicated they want to be part of the plan being developed to bring durable peace to the country.
